Consider changing interface for SlpAgent.ServiceType

The ServiceType property of SlpAgent takes the full service type string including 'service' eg
'service:printer:lpr' or 'service:e133.esta'
As a user of the library it's easy and fairly natural just to specify the type eg
'printer:lpr' or 'e133.esta'
which leads to the service not working. Possibly the 'service' string could automatically be added or an exception could be thrown if the service type set does not start with 'service:' (since this is required by RFC 2608).
